Pioneer Co-op was formed in 1936 and has grown to be one of the largest retail businesses in Southwest Saskatchewan.

It is a locally owned and operated retail co-op with 23,000 active members, 35 locations in 19 communities, $191 Million in assets, and 600 employees.

n the community, Pioneer Co-op supports numerous sports teams, local charities, and community events. Pioneer is also very involved in healthcare, including a major sponsorship of the Pioneer Co-op Rotary House in partnership with the Dr. Noble Irwin Foundation.
